Travel Beyond 25 Miles — $0.70/mile, round trip.

The Experience

How It Works

  • Fill out our event inquiry form with the basics: date, venue, guest count, and vision you have for your bar. We respond within 24 hours, often the same day.

  • We send you a detailed proposal with the package that fits, a clear breakdown of what’s included, and the total investment. No surprises.

  • Once you decide Gilded & Guiltless is for you, we connect. In person, on a call, or over coffee, we talk through your event. Your timeline, your vision, your taste.

  • We send you a curated shopping list with exact quantities and brand recommendations at multiple price points. Everything you need, nothing you don’t.

  • We arrive early, set up the bar beautifully, and deliver on the experience promised to you in our consultation.

  • We leave the space exactly as we found it, and follow up afterward to make sure every detail landed exactly as you envisioned it.

Good Questions

A few things to know

  • Colorado law requires mobile bartenders to operate on a dry-hire basis; you supply the alcohol, we supply everything else. We’ll send you a precise shopping list so there’s zero guesswork.

  • We build your shopping list based on guest count, event length, your menu, and your preferences. We aim to account for a small surplus, so as to prevent a shortage.

  • Yes. We carry full general liability and liquor liability coverage, and we’re happy to provide a Certificate of Insurance for your venue, usually within 24 hours. Additionally, all of our event staff are TIPS certified and can legally serve alcohol in the state of Colorado.

  • Tipping is entirely at the discretion of the client and the guest. We will display a QR code for Venmo, as well as a cash tip jar on the bar, unless otherwise asked not to do so.

  • Up to 25 miles from Superior, CO is included in all packages. Gilded and Guiltless is happy to serve Colorado. Travel beyond 25 miles is billed at the IRS standard rate, round trip. For multi-day events or extenuating circumstances around travel, a per diem or accommodation rate may be discussed.
